The North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce and North Little Rock Mayor Terry Hartwick were on hand yesterday to celebrate the groundbreaking of Whataburger' s first North Little Rock location. The Texas-based burger chain brought its signature orange flair to the event. The groundbreakers were donning official Whataburger hard hats and Whataburger emblazoned shovels. We reported that North Little Rock was getting a Whataburger on Feb. 6 when it was announced that the groundbreaking was taking place on Maumelle Boulevard.
