North Little Rock police have charged a 57-year-old man with first-degree murder in a weekend stabbing that left one man dead. Michael Williams was arrested in connection with the stabbing death of 39-year-old Nikista Jackson in the 700 block of E. Bethany Road on Sunday. At about 2:36 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a stabbing and found Jackson on the ground with multiple stab wounds. The officers provided medical aid to Jackson who was transported to a local hospital where he later died, according to a statement from the police department.
